  • When your delivery items (Food) are broken

    Customer see the food is messed up.
    Rider acknowedge it.
    Rider call the Restaurant that an accident happened.
    Rider leave Customer to Restaurant.
    Restaurant mark order accident and prepare new copied order.
    Restaurant send new order to the Customer.
    Restaurant collect the damaged goods and mark closed accident and payment released to Rider from insurance fund.
    Rider getting too many accidents will be warned and later blacklisted.
