This powerleveling service had launched in Feb 2007 in Korea. I’m posting this article to remind of which I had presented one month before.

This was a shock to me. Being tired of the saturated C2C market (old C2C site: ITEM365) in Korea, ITEMBOX had changed their business to powerleveling services. Actually, they had a powerleveling department since Sep 2005 but no website till they opened their web site ITEMBOX recently.

So what is the distinctive and revolutionary service of this powerleveling company to make us stunned?

ITEMBOX is worth to benchmark. This is very interesting banner which you can see in their index pages of their website.

They are advertizing all highest characters in EVERY server (Lineage)
are using their services! How attractive!

Another impressive content was a mini game which was linked up with an event for customers. ITEMBOX had promised their customers that once they win the prize in this mini game and submit it, they will also get the same on in ‘real’ game!

This mini game should have been enough to make customers crazy and be a perfect content for the bored customers who can’t play game while their character is on the process of powerleveling.

Moreover, they also offer a character’s name plate to their customers as a memorable souvenir, character trace services (customers can check where their characters are located in real-time basis).

Also they have just enough contents but not too much focusing on their main business with nice customer service system.

This is cool.

I’m not telling my opinion in my previous post is wrong. However, I just wanted to say ITEMBOX is leading this saturated powerleveling market in Korea successfully with a brilliant, outstanding, distinctive and revolutionary features.

They are offering powerleveling services for WOW, Lineage 1 and Lineage 2.

Anyway, yo powerleveling companies, learn from ITEMBOX and offer better and competitive services to your customer or you won’t survive in the future!
